On a cold gray day at Belen the "Kodachrome" SD45 is pulling up to the fuel rack. It was nice back then to be able to get close to the trains in the yard, unlike it is today.

Morning of July 4th, and early morning clouds are giving way to blue skies as BNSF 7756 makes its way into Belen from the west.
BNSF 4307 leaves Belen, and heads east toward Abo Canyon.
The big GE is off to a smoky start, as the high ball has been given, to start out on on the westward run on the Gallup sub.
Entering the Belen yards the crew all ready to call it a day.
