Montreal-New York City Amtrak Adirondack is still on time this morning

Being the first train to roll on this line most of the time after snowstorms, Amtrak 68 is forced to hit the snowbanks, much to the pleasure of fans like me and Railfan60! ;)

Monday's Adirondack suffered some sort of breakdown and had to be towed by today's train. 173 leading and 66 trailing.

Amtrak's Montreal to New York "Adirondack" speeds away from the U.S/Canadian Border at the Hayford Road on the former D&H North End on a pleasent and warm spring day.

Mother Nature is reminding us that there are many sides to her moods. Bound for NYC, Amtrak Adirondack is kicking up quite a bit of snow as it rolls south toward the border.
