Still in Washington, D.C. commuter service, B&O “torpedo boat” GP9 6603 gets its train ready for the afternoon rush hour on July 21, 1978.

While standing at the end of the platform I was able to photograph power from the C&O, SRR, RF&P, B&O, PRR and Washington Terminal.
