CSO 4 is spralled out on the hill as it waits for a signal to go south on the Springfield line to Enfield and then to Hartford.
GP40-2 #6227 assists turning the bigger power on the Guilford/Amtrak/CSX wye. I speculate that the pair is needed to go west but needs to be turned because the SD40-2 does not have cab signals.
