Southern Pacific 7457 was retired by the Union Pacific in about 2001 to the Ogden, Utah, Union Station Yard.

Sothern Pacific 3769 is sitting on what was once the passenger track number one at the Ogden, Utah Depot Station. Once a hub of activity . . . now it is mostly quiet and overgrown in late summer.

UP 3376 waits for a passing through freight, before setting out a string of cars for north bound pickup. The Malad Branch has quite a bit of switching and industry to serve.

Having cleared the new morning snow on the out bound trip UP 2527 and sister UP 2529 return to the Logan yard for the day. These two GP38-2's make up the motive power on the Cache Valley Branch.
