210 had a bad day...FEC 806 failed causing a rare delay to 210. 432 was placed on the point and with a SD40-2 on the rear of the LNG tank and we have an EMD powered train!

FEC 920 rolls through Stuart Florida

Florida East Coast EMD GP40-2 No. 432 leads a small mixed freight south along the FEC main at St. Augustine.

Following, 109 FEC 920 works south. This local works Mon - Fri with Tue / Thu trips south of Ft. Pierce and northward the other three days.

A lucky spell of sun catches the northbound geometry train in Bunnell. The first time this train has had a GE on it, I guess NS wanted to keep pace with the FEC's new GEVO's.

A spooky sunrise greets FEC 226 on Halloween Morning in Bunnell. Today's 226 is lead by two GP40-2's. It is still common to see 2nd generation power leading intermodal trains on the FEC.

FEC #432 leads train #123 southbound through the fog across the bridge at Stuart.

FEC 905 rumbles down Dorena Siding getting out of the way of 101 and also to run around it's train on the Dorena run around track, an additional small siding built into the Dorena passing siding.

FEC 202 splits Bunnell running unusually early today allowing for photography in daylight. In charge of 202 today were two classic workhorses still working hard pulling mainline trains on the FEC.... (more)
