CNW 6710 leads a loaded ore train near Brampton, MI in May of 1986. It's hard to believe that this line sees little, if any ore traffic at this time.

Location please! CNW's dumper job works the ore yard on a beautiful evening in May of 1986. Only 2 units were needed for this job instead of the usual 3 units on the trains to the mines.

CNW 6703 brings a cut of cars thru Empire Junction in May of 1986.

C&NW 6703 brings a loaded ore train into the receiving yard in Escanaba. These units really looked good in ore service.
