Night operations are underway for "showcase weekend" at IRM. Here the 9911-A and the Nebraska Zephyr are poised on station track two as a set of North Shore cars pass on the mainline.

CB&Q 9911-A, named the Silver Pilot, is the last E5 in existence. Built in 1940, she's still going strong at the Illinois Railway Museum in Union. Here's to many more years!
