With more than 15,000 tons of grain for Calipatria, UP 5542 West slowly grinds up the 2% grade as they pull through Chamiso and out of the San Pedro River Valley.

KCS 4866 slowly pulls the steep 1.78% grade through Sibyl as they climb the Dragoon Mountain range. Note the classic SP signals about to fall at the Sibyl OS.
