Other than the private car reporting number, there weren't many markings visible to tell me what this car is or was. I am assuming it was an IC car at one point based on the paint.
While 805 has a newer livery and missing fewer parts, it appears as though all of these unique cowled rebuilds in the photo are out of service at the time of the photo.
