Flag stop! We are aboard ACR train #1 in May of 1988 and we have just made a flag stop to let off passengers near Trout Lake. The ACR was the only way to get to many of these remote locations.

Algoma Central 100 sits in the yard awaiting duty September, 1994. The GP7 was built in 1951, and rebuilt into a GP7L in 1978. It later went to the Wisconsin Central and was scrapped in 2004.
The fall colors were rich as Algoma Central’s Train 1, northbound to Hearst, Ontario, crossed the Montreal Falls bridge on Sept. 28, 1993.
1st No. 9 is northbound at Searchmont Station and will be getting orders from Agent-Operator Bill F.
Extra 202 south heads for Sault Ste. Marie with 41 cars trailing 202, 203 and 104.
