OPR makes it's grand debut at the Oregon Rail Heritage Center after pulling SP 4449 and consist back from Oaks Park.
Fresh out of EMD...sort of. OPR has restored number 100 to it's Portland Traction heyday of electrified locals around SE Portland. I really appreciate the everyone involved in this, thank you OPR!
