TO&E is a subsidary of DeQueen & Eastern RR and was owned by Weyerhaeuser. The DQ&E and TO&E were recently sold to Patriot Rail Corp in 2010.

I believe this was the only butt-head left at this point. It's the only one I ever saw. In any case it's a classic.
