A Silverliner IV passes the through the North Philadelphia Station, once known as Germantown Junction. Both Amtrak and SEPTA use this station, though the station itself (right center seen more)

With super-elevation as it is, it would seem more fitting for a slide rather then steps at Claymont, DE!
