An early running Johannesburg to Cape Town Economy train is slowing for a stop at Wellington a few km to the right.

The arum lilies are in full bloom as the Premier Classe from Cape Town to Johannesburg passes through Muldersvlei.

This is only the second time that I see 2 purple locos working together, here they are leading the Johannesburg to Cape Town Tourist train past a small cemetry a few km from Wellington.

Riding through the Hex River Valley just past the small town of De Doorns passengers are treated to wonderful scenery all around.

So close to being a complete purple train! The Premier Classe from Johannesburg is passing here through Brackenfell station with about 40 min left of the journey to Cape Town.
