The Holiday Express heads toward it's next stop in Godfrey, IL. Little did I know, this would be my last opportunity to photograph them in black paint.

I didn't know that the Southern Belle was in town. Finding her at Wylie was a total surprise.
She was well guarded overnight at Wylie yard.
KCS 1 has arrived at Whiterock Junction to be Y'ed. From here she will back down the Garland main for about 10 miles before heading north back to Wylie.
