LBFRC winds along the main road only minutes from the RCP&E's medium sized yard at Rapid City.
It appears the crew came upon a derail that wasn't reset right and stopped to secure it. Here the engineer locks it in position while the conductor offers his two cents.
LBFRC is again climbing a steep grade as they are only a few miles out of Rapid City.
