CP 9617 leads a southbound grain train near the community of Somerset in southwest Calgary. As I waited for this train, I enjoyed watching the birds in the surrounding wetland.

An eastbound potash train winds its way through Edworthy Park in Calgary.

CP 9824 heads west at the east end of Shepard. This vantage point was not available until recently. This photo was taken from an embankment where Stoney Trail goes over the tracks.
