The oilcans are advancing into SLO for a crew change. After a quick pause at the depot, they will tackle the Cuesta Grade to Wunpost for loading.
UP 4404 is bringing empty auto cars south in a reposition move. The train will park south of San Luis and await a fresh crew and daytime Amtrak traffic before proceeding down the coastline.
