Unit Army train from Fort Lewis, WA, was headed for Memphis, Tennessee, where it was interchanged. New M1A2 tanks were first 2/3rds of train rolling south on BNSF Front Range Subdivision.

Great Western GP20Q-M 5625, exSP and and EMD Demostrator of the same number sits in BNSF's North Yard in Fort Collins, CO

This unit and two others had been purchased by the Alaska RR. They were working their way north.
