NS 593 passes under the Western signal of UN Junction, which is still a PPL. This train featured a standard cab SD70 duo, a lashup worthy of a chase.

A few trains were caught while waiting for the conrail heritage unit. Unfortunately, the conrail came through at the last little blip of daylight.

NS 11J glides through New Galilee on a warm but beautiful evening. This was the 5th heritage unit to lead on these rails within a 24 hour span.

Taking advantage of the snow day and the snow, i ventured out to get some shots of the illusive (for this year) white stuff. Q137 takes track 2 West towards the New Castle Yard office.

An ACe duo leads empty hoppers out of Rose Yard destined for the coal mines of Southwestern Pa.

I had seen online that the Interstate HU broke down. But i decided to stay. Boy did i make a good decision.

NS 5349 brings up the rear of C90 (I believe). Its hard to see, but the locomotive seen in the distance was a high-hood GP38-2 running long hood forward!

NS 8464 leads 2 Union Pacific ACe's through Rochester on a beautiful day. You know the term "I could see you from a mile away"? Well, i could see those ACe's a mile away literally!
