The grain facitlity has been silent since the end of summer, but Altus still sees HE 8170 on a daily basis as it brings wallboard from the American Gypsum plant in Duke for pickup by BNSF.
After dropping off a load of wallboard earlier, a shutdown HE 8170 rests with a lone trash gon, waiting for a delivery of empties later in the day.
My first shot in southwest OK! This sharp-looking, ex-IC geep set a load out in Altus, and is returning west to Duke empty after a brief stop at the diamond.
