Oh, the weather outside was frightful, but the train was so delightful! N&W #475 leads a nine car passenger train past Groffs en route to Strasburg, PA during a heavy Winter's snow storm.
Casting a warm glow on the shanty at Groffs, a N&W train approaches this flag stop at speed having been given the highball to proceed through in near blizzard conditions direct to Strasburg.
The last train of the day is headed back to Strasburg as it passes Cherry Hill in moderate snowfall.
