CSX Q416 strugles to to move west with 9000 tons in tow, while an westbound Brunswick Line commuter pulls in to Germantown for it's schedualed stop.
MARC's reverse move deadhead train heads back to Washington for another load and passes PO30 at Rocks as the Capitol Limited starts is journey to Chicago.
