A worker sprays water to cool the ashes in 15's firebox while she sits outside the roundhouse. The blue glow under the engine is the ashes as they are being dumped into the pit.
#15 charges hard up the summit which is clearly apparent.
The coal pile in #15's tender appears to be on fire on this photo but in reality its is #14's unusually bright headlight reflected and magnified by the smoke, fog and rain.
