Niles Tower in 1984. This tower protected the crossing of the Western Pacific mainline from Stockton to Oakland, and the Southern Pacific Hayward/Milpitas line.

I didn't find any railroad in Bieber let alone any people. About 2 miles west of Bieber is a town called Nubieber and thats where the railroad is. Not the most exciting railfan destination.
