This unit still has the three fixed bulb warning light which was an ICG-unique application and short-lived at that.
With the longer frame and lack of "porches" this version of the "40" seems more aesthetically pleasing.
Exhibiting ICG's usual kind regard for the railroad in general and odd builders in particular this early "winged" version of the 33 is presumably active but yet pitiful.
