UP train MLIWX 01 with transfer crew YAV10 02 crosses from the Northbound to the Cutoff at the CSX Industrial Canal drawbridge.

A first for me, the Downtown Job ran all the way to the end of the Burma West spur to grab a plastic pellet covered hopper. This was also my first photo of the new GP38-2s.

Shortly after sunrise, the eastbound Crescent crosses the Industrial Canal in the Little River area of New Orleans. Seabrook is the less famous & photographed of NS' Louisiana bascule bridges.
