Is this a "pre-patch" patch job?

One of only a few "winged" GE AC6000CWs I've ever seen.

That's the most wheels I've ever seen on a flatcar. That generator must be very heavy. The little black symbol in the middle marks the center of gravity.

This appears to be a gas turbine for a power station. There was a generator on another flatcar on this 7 car train.

This was the lead engine on a 7 car special. The second unit is CP 6053.
