Last winters snow and wind was an everyday chore till it got above 32 and crusted over. The ICE ( DME ) ran a Russell plow to nock back the drifts and keep them from getting to big.

Pulling out of Emery and starting it's run to Mason City
After riding the run from Winona, and back we high tailed out of town it to find a shot of the SP 4449.
Once a year they get Chicago North Shore & Milwaukee car 272 out for the Iowa Chapter of the NRHS. So one run and it locked inside.
Slowly making it's way to the Mississippi bridge thats open for a barge.
