MK rebuilt SD40M-2 SP8586 was originally built by EMD as SD45 SLSF910. It was then repainted into BN 6659 after the BN merger.
This "crud" is ex-SP2618. That is Mt. Baldy in the background.
This is one of the few SD60/SD60M's left on the UP system with their original 6000 number. UP has been renumbering them into the 2200's-2500's to clear the 6000's for the new GE AC4400CTE's.

This is the latest delivered deisgn of the EMD SD70M for UP. It does not have the notched angular nose but note that it does have quad-sectioned radiator grills.
