Westbound train to Raritan with what is very rare for the past few years: a Geep leading the way. The leader is ex-LN 3026 (which also was later rebuilt from NJT 4148 following a wreck).
The conductor of NS 18G is checking paperwork as the train charges east towards Newark with foreign power leading.
The CNJ didn't buy any F7s new, but ended up leasing them from both the B&O and N&W. Here, an example of each lead a rather unimpressive eastbound past an RS3 drilling Bound Brook.
