I was able to go out and catch a military train today, on the Lynndyl Subdivision. Lead by UP 8000 and 5329.

A couple GE haul a late afternoon westbound on the Lynndyl Subdivision.

Union Pacific 8086, 3031 and rear DPU 6666 are moving with ease, with this MWCNP. As the day draws to and end.

Thanks to a timely, heads up from a friend. I hurried out of bed and was able to catch a SD70ACe-T4 3081 on the MOGWC this morning.

UP 7471 and 3975 lead a morning westbound on the Lynndyl Subdivision.

Union Pacific decided to give me one last train to photograph for the day. Right on the edge of sunset. UP 7528 makes it just in time.

Struggling to move their train along. UP 7880 and 2549 begin to gain a little speed on the downward slope between Erda and Tooele (Warner), Utah.

SD70ACe-T4 3071 is rolling through the openness of Erda, Utah, with a 8800 ton train. It's about to enter the city of Tooele/Warner on the Lynndyl Subdivision.

Looking rough around the edges. UP 6574 and 9047 are the sole power for this manifest. And it is showing as the train is grinding it out at about 10 miles an hour.

I just moved this last week. I can now be track side to this spot in less than 10 minutes.
