Even though this unit spent 30 years under SOO and CP ownership, they never once thought to repaint it. Today, it is seen resting inside Mid-America Car in Kansas City.

4448 basking in the afternoon sun

Santa has arrived in Duluth on a special maroon and gold sleigh and is delivering a gift to a young boy.

This elevated crossing shanty guarded the north end of Soo Line's Neenah Yard in November of 1983. This shanty was saved and is at the Mid-Continent RR Museum in Wisconsin.

SOO 6000 waits in the siding in Milwaukee, WI for an Amtrak Hiawatha to pass in December of 1994. The Amtrak Metroliner was once PRR 822.

Soo Line 4231 is switching Jones Island in Milwaukee in July of 1993. The train is backing out onto the dock as a Saltie loads cargo at a different terminal.

SOO 1003 leads the Santa Train east into Hartford.
