On April 9, 2016, an eastbound Union Pacific loaded oil train pops out of Tunnel 1 into a small pocket of sunshine (literally) on a gorgeous spring afternoon in Coal Creek Canyon.

An unusually short NS 171 heads through NE Interlocking over the diamond sporting a UP leader. The train will be handed off to Union Pacific where it will become UP ADESPJ.
