The Caliente foothills have a golden glow in the evening light, as four GEs round the curve toward Tunnel #1, with the Q-STOALT in tow.
I followed UP 5401's train down the mountain from Marcel to Edison, and I had the good fortune of capturing it at the north switch for Allard Siding in fantastic evening light.
