This photo was taken at 9:00pm. This train is waiting for a meet. The Front Range Sub has been busier than normal lately, as we are seeing many reroutes.

EMDX 789, leads a run of the Longmont Switcher to Broomfield, crossing the St. Vrain River in Longmont.

EMDX 789, with BNSF 2523, pulling the days run to Broomfield, drops a conductor to throw a switch. The FRED on the ground will be placed on the end of the train.

After returning home from a late-night run to Boulder, BNSF 2523 rests in front of the depot as the MLAUDEN passes behind.

Awaiting its next assignment, BNSF 2406 lays over in the ex-CBQ East Yard in the light of sunset
