The Capitol Limited rolls by the shop and roundhouse complex in Martinsburg, which is undergoing restoration. The train is stopped for the Martinsburg station.
EB manifest crosses over a congested NB lane on I-81. Many of these trucks will eventually be put on rail as NS develops their parallel rail corridor.
