Born as AT&SF 2659, OPT 1315 works the industries in/around Sweetwater, not far at all from its home rails (BNSF's line from Temple to Lubbock passes near here).

Built only in 2008, BNSF 1291 is one of the dozens of interesting locomotives in the dead storage in Galveston, TX. Nearly every BNSF-related paint scheme from the past 30 years can be found here.

An on time eastbound Sunset Limited races into the sunrise.

In my opinion the coolest locomotive ever built ... or at least Top 5. I'm glad we've saved a couple of them.
