UP 1995 leads a detouring MPRCB over the IC&E. Here it's making a brief stop to get a past a red absolute at ESS Davis Jct.
IC&E's Davis Junction-based local LDS backs into the siding on the Hill Track to clear up for the M-HUCC with DM&E 6360 leading three more SD40-2s in the distance.
DM&E 6054 gets the train underway again after picking up the 6068 at the ICE/ILRR junction.
The CCHU picked up the 6068 at Davis Junction. This ex-CP Rail SD40-3 on the west wye at DJ for transport to Huron.

IC&E's Davis Turn arrives back home. The crew begins switching out their inbound cars and prepares to take the westbound freight they picked up at Genoa further west.
IC&E's Davis Turn heads west past the east siding switch and block signal. The local crew will switch the train in Davis Jct and continue west with just the trailing SD40-2s and west traffic.
The eight engine lash-up takes the sweeping curve at a whopping 10 MPH strolling through the West end of Davis Jct.

Having just returned from a day of local duty, this pair of ICE engines now rests under an almost cloudless sky in the middle of northern Illinois.
