An evening inbound approaches the stop at Grayslake.
The south switch in the yard is out of service, so the Rock Train drops their loads in town and runs light engine down to the yard to switch out the empties from the north end.
With the last morning Metra train out of the way, CN resumes freight movements with this northbound rolling past the Grayslake station.

WC 7508 has been assigned to the rock train recently and luckily enough it was still assigned when we payed Grayslake a visit.
