The NS 911 which is painted in a special scheme to honor first responders made its way to Massachusetts. It came into Ayer for a layover. Sadly it was not the leading unit on the train

With commuter traffic mostly out of the way, a very long 23K begins to make its way west. The sun was hardcore in and out, but shone nice and bright to illuminate the nose on the lead M-2!
