The Conrail Shared Assets 2007 Browns Yard Santa Train awaits departure in Browns Yard. This is the first year this train has run with a set of engines in Norfolk Southern paint.

Prior to being repainted by CSX the 8973 was regularly rotated in and out of Browns yard in Conrail blue. This unit was assigned to Conrail Shared Assets Operations in New Jersey.
