The beautiful BHCR 110 puts on a great show on her way to Keystone. It is well worth the trip to South Dakota to see this railroad.

BHC 63 leads the 7:30AM train out of Hill City while BHC 110 gets ready for the rest of the day’s excursions.

Nearing the end of the line at Keystone 110 is pulling the train toward the Keystone station. Yeah, the track maintenance could be a bit better.

Black Hills train leaves that station and heads toward the first hill it will climb. I remember the engine making lots of noise and smoke as it went up the hill just outside of town.
