The grade from the sugar mill to one of the nearby loading point is very steep. The little engines had to work very hard to overcome it. The show made by these locomotives was just majic!

With the amount of oil leaking from the fuel tank of N° 1122 there is little chance of the motion seizing through lack of lubrication. This little switcher has been built by Porter in 1909.
