MVNKC slowly enters the Mexico, Missouri yard limits over East Liberty Street. 4679 has made a few trips between East St. Louis and Kansas City now, mostly after dark or under heavy clouds.

4679 has just been delivered to the KCS sporting its sharp new look. It will be making a trip back to MEI, however, as a KCS shield was applied to the cab rather than the appropriate KCSM shield.
