Racing Westward across the the San Joaquin Delta out of Stockton, Amtrak's "San Joaquin" is at Middle River.

Entering Fresno from the North, Amtrak #112 (exSP 6448) is on Santa Fe's street trackage on North Diana Ave. This trackage has since been relocated to run alongside the street instead of on it.
