FEC 101 wheels out of Bunnell with twin big champs in charge. First spell of sun we have had in a week!

FEC 210's Champions help brighten up yet another gloomy day wheeling out of Bunnell. This week we have had a long spell of dull and occasionally wet weather, this day no exception.

FEC ES44C4 No. 805 holds the point of train 210 at Bunnell, Florida.

It's a spectacular afternoon with temps near 70 while 101 splits Bunnell with about 12k' of train. The ES44's are now the dominant workhorse of the railway.

What a way to start 2015, with this incredible lashup on 101. Today is Henry Flagler's Birthday....maybe he still has "some control" over his railway....

The FEC cranks up after the holidays with an extra running through at mid day, with a very lucky sun beam.

FEC 101 splits Bunnell on a spectacular afternoon. The Florida East Coast Railway continues to operate a top notch railway with on time trains and safety awards going back for years.

FEC 240 with a fantastic lashup of 3 GP40's, two in the "Retro Blue" scheme lead about 11,000 ft of intermodal and autoracks northward. Every once in a while the FEC throws a surprise.
