Standing above the Hitchcock tunnel, we have a great view of a set of empty coal hoppers grinding upgrade on the CSX Mountain Sub's 17 Mile Grade.

Fresh from being rebuilt at the CSX shops in Huntington, CSX 4714 powers I038 upgrade approaching Marshville.
