The last day of my week in Chicago was a beautiful Wednesday. Illinois Central's CITY OF NEW ORLEANS passes the coach yards behind A-B E8 units.

EMD E8 4029 heads A-A units on the inbound PANAMA LIMITED at 57th St.. This was one of only three all sleeping car trains in the country at the time, the other two being on the Pennsylvania.
